A quick enchanting read that manages to tackle the pain of growing up in a another culture and the loss of the family matriarch. The Korean grandmother has told her granddaughters many traditional tales about a tiger who tried to trick two sisters. Ultimately the tales empower the girls to trust in themselves. What I take away from it is how very hard it must be to uproot from one culture to another, even through several generations, and figure out who you are within it all.
