The Southwest Harbor Public Library is excited to announce that artist Judy Taylor is releasing a limited edition print of her oil painting Echo Lake Beach, the proceeds of which will benefit the library. Judy rarely does prints of her paintings but is offering this opportunity in support of the Southwest Harbor Public Library. The original oil painting Echo Lake Beach, painted this last summer, is on display at the library where the prints are available for purchase. These 24″ x 24″ Ultrachrome archival editions were printed by Maine Photo Works in Portland, Maine.

Prints are $250.00 and all proceeds will benefit the library. Prints are unframed and in archival plastic sleeves.

Judy Taylor is trained as a classical figurative and portrait painter in the atelier tradition, and she has an extensive collection of landscapes, townscapes and cityscapes from various spots around the country, including her present home on Mt. Desert Island, Maine, surrounded by Acadia National Park. Her studio is in the town of Seal Cove and she welcomes visits. She paints entirely from life, whether it is a person, place or still-life. She presently teaches 3-4 painting workshops each year and will be adding a sketch/hike class for the summer in Acadia.
